Promking:
For a 5 inch screen phone with that resolution

There'll be a difference between running the 3D games (which would be very possible, thanks to the quad-core processor and 1GB ram...) and

How nice it would look (I think that's the point she was trying to make)

Nonetheless, GPU has a role to play in 3D gaming....does anyone accurately know the gpu for this phone??

if extra mah was added to the battery the price could increase a bit more I think the battery is OK considering the price plus you know if innjoo i1s battery was like these it could have more users

The issues at the Lagos airport affected us,pls be patient
Re: Infinix hot discussion and review thread! by blessingjohn: 2:07pm On Dec 01, 2014
Guys this phone is not manufactured here, its imported and if you read the news you will see there are a few issues at the cargo section of the airport, everyone with cargo at that airport is affected, so its not peculiar to Infinix alone. Am sure the phones are lying there at the cargo section of the airport, along with other imported goods that pass through the airport cargo section.

You can pre-order on konga. What that means is once it's available, you'll get yours first. I hope the airport issue gets resolved quickly. Its a shame.

lets just be patient and hope this shameful situation at our airport is resolved in time for the festive period, if not I forsee a lot of inconveniences regarding goods and maybe some services. Every single phone brand is affected as I learnt in Ikeja yesterday, dealers are running out of stock and cannot replenish. only for 9ja sha.

Gionee m2...gionee phones are good.. I am currently using elife e5
Am not trying to say this out of sentiments but out of experience... For those of you contemplating on which fone to buy Between tecno h6/infinix xero /gionee m2... I just bought my tecno h6 on 7th nov nd used the fone fr like 3wks and sold it 3 days ago and bought my gionee m2 yesterday.... Tecno-h6 fault =no loud earphone problem after I changed anoda earphone... The battery is not even gud compared to my former tecno p5....it runs down very fast especially on browsing with it... But the fone is jus cool and sleek.... but in all I just discovered dat one of the things dat will give you the satisfaction you need in a fone is the battery life and dat is wat gionee m2 gives you...... This should be the best fone I will ever use... The battery is near perfect fr an android fone... Despite heavy usage it hardly drains... I'm still loving this fone.... It has everything i need in a fone... 8mp, 8gb Rom, quad core, 1gb ram... With dis ull enjoy ur fone... Forget abt the octa core n wat infinix xero boasts of... Without a good battery hw u go take enjoy the fone..... Nobody told me all this before I wasted my time and money to buy the tecno h6....GIONEE M2/M3 NA BABA... GOD BLESS GIONEE PPL

@Kelyto
According to you:

You stated two CONS of the tecno h6 which are low earpiece volume and poor battery life

Well i want to tell you that no phone is perfect, the low earphone problem can actually be corrected with a little tweaking that doesnt even require root permission....visit tecno h6 thread for more info

Also the battery, to the best of my knowledge anything from 2000mah and above is ideal for an android phone but all the same, it depends on how you use your device. If you're a regular gamer, definitely your battery wont last long. If you're and average user, i hope you took necessary steps to conserve the battery life, talking about the screen brightness and timeout duration, also watchout for battery killing apps.

There are also a bunch of battery utility apps on playstore that'll help bring out the best on your battery, talking of apps like 'DU battery saver', 'Wakelock detector', 'Greenify' just to mention a few.

Another mistake most people make is using the phone while it taking its first ever charge out of the box, with this you're dis-allowing some battery cells from taking up currents which in turn shortens the battery life.

Well for your Gioness M2, i agree with no doubt that its a beast phone considering the battery power...but i tell you, that's the main selling point for the phone.

In conclusion i'll say, get a phone that satisfies your over-all needs and factors neglecting the manufacturer name or hype about it
