It is obvious that the 2 emergency bodies were making up stories to cover up their inefficiency......they both went to the scene of the collapsed building without a single ambulance, while the church provided 11 ambulances, while the Red Cross and Life Savers provided 1 ambulance each.
The barricade that they complained about was manned by the Police to preevent hoodlums from taking advantage of the situation.

Earlier, the Red Cross had testified that they were neither stopped nor prevented from carrying out their rescue efforts and actually praised the church for its efforts at rescuing the victims and the provision of 11 ambulances.

Two inefficient government bodies telling lies to cover their shame.....!
