Hello people, my babe wants to travel to Russia for purpose of study. Travel agent in charge of the entire process is acting fishy. There's been no form of progress rather from one excuse to another. This whole process started since June 2014. As u read this, part payment of d school fees has been paid.

Agent said d visa appointment is to be booked by NDLEA. Thats what got me confused.

Pls people is dat d due process? Or what u advice i do?
