illiterates of Niger State. Their Gov. Aliyu
Babangida Muazu aka Talba loots their common
treasury and when we expose him, they scream
"leave our state and face yours. He is not the
only corrupt Governor ". What a shame.

encouraging corruption come from in Niger?
