A former Michigan Catholic school tutor who was
accused of having s*x with a 15-year-old student claims that the alleged victim – student – forced her into the act.

Abigail Simon, 35, told the court that a Catholic
Central High School pupil threatened and abused her, but that she was afraid to report him to authorities.

"I didn't engage in s*x with him. He forced me to
have s*x with him," Simon testified, according to
WOODTV.
