I just heard a strange news on AIT that the nigeria police has been asked to increase its internally generated revenue to enable the outfit fund its operations. Do you know what to expect from our men in black in their quest to comply with this directive from the federal government ? |

its hard to believe.but if its true,i just hope that their idea of generating IGR wouldn't be by fining{and arresting} citizens for wearing shoes without having the 'particulars' for it. |
