does anyone know why Tambuwal court case about interpreting section 68 is taking forever? we are not talking about a murder case here requiring investigation and presentation of evidence in court or some prosecutor gathering evidence, what we are talking about here is as simple as a politician defecting which is public knowledge and the simple constitutional implication of defecting what is the delay about? why are the courts taking forever to reach a judgment |

In civilised societies, the Supreme Court will assume its responsibility swiftly by giving judgement on legality or illegality of policies and activities of other arm of government. The Judiciary as an arm of government should have resolved the issue of defection by lawmakers by now. They know the truth, but will do anything to delay judgement until 2015 elections. |
