1. They buy big houses in luxurious neighbourhood having boundary with slum and serviced by traffic congested highways, epileptic power supply, polluted underground water supply, all located in an aesthetically displeasing town and cities.
2.They buy luxurious automobiles, that ply on pot holed, rugged, water logged and highly congested road, and which can't be maintained because of absence of spare parts and technician locally.
3. They buy stock and shares in commodity based non-sustainable oil dependent economy.
4. They buy real estate in stable and well managed economy where they are either foreigner or at best second class citizen.
