that otuoke man dey find another way of looting money..first na to set up committee for this new project and then start working on it by Dec 2019 and then ask for another 4years ...this fisher man think say na sawdust dey our brain ....please someone should advice him to look for another campaigning strategy .. |

I'm no gej fan but I followed up on the 10,000 housing units scheme which I noticed subscribers actually received offers. However an offer received by a friend showed he will pay back about 16M in 16 years for a loan of about 6.6M. Now that's where the problem lies. Its simply not an affordable plan.e |

You know that is why the govt decided to lease it out to mortgage banks! But I saw a lot of lapses in the scheme. Though almost everybody dat got the offer was on merit, my problem is where are de properties being developed? NONE! The requirements are too much and not easily gotten, kolokolobi: |

If they actually finish this plan, would the total cash spent on achieving it be equal to what would be wasted on finishing the centenary city? I rem hearing something similar during 2010/2011 which means i shouldnt expect it to kick off. |
