The above quote was culled from one of many threads, where a certain tribe in Nigeria have been making claims of having the largest voting power in Lagos, Rivers, Kano, and even Edo state.

Concerning Lagos, Initially, the claim was 30%, then some said 45%, now it's 52%.
These claims suggests that the minority has been ruling the majority in these states, and the migrant majority from this tribe are spoiling for a showdown to take over these states spread across Nigeria.

Those making these claims don't even have any regard for the natives, talkless of fellow migrants of other ethnicities. As far as they are concerned, only their tribe matters in all considerations.
