Nigeria and on loan Chelsea defender, Kenneth Omeruo,is set to sign permanent deal with English championship side, Middlesbrough at the end of the
season.

This was disclosed by his representative,Chika Akujobi.

Speaking with SL10.ng, Akujobi
said:

“He has a three year contract with Chelsea and at the end of the season he is expected to return to Chelsea. But right now,
Middlesbrough is doing well and it is second on the table and you never know what will happen at the end of the season.

“I don’t know if I can say he will sign with Middlesbrough because he still has three years to run on his contract but maybe it could happen. But if the deal is going to happen, that will definitely be between them and Chelsea."

The young Chelsea defender has not been able to feature for the Blues senior team despite impressing in AFCON.
