"Chief Egwuoyibo Just jumped into the PDP from APGA under maxi Okwu faction Verbally whereas His name is still in the Factional APGA Lawsuit seeking to remove Victor Umeh as Apga chairman .

Egwuoyibo Okoye is stil a party to the ongoing Lawsuit filed by Maxi Okwu faction of Apga against
Chief Victor Umeh faction Yet he want to double as the PDP House of Assembly flagbearer for Nnewi South 11 constituency.

A clear breach of Party Law of both PDP and Apga , ethics and constitution. Its also against Moral principles.

Legally speaking Chief Egwuoyibo Okoye still remains an Apga member by virtues of the standing documents. Until he files a legal plea seeking the court to remove his name from the ongoing Apga Leadership tussle in court.

He recently criticised Ndi Ukpor as toothless Bull dogs that he must run and he must win with or without NDI-ukpor votes.
Remember that Ukpor have six wards out of the Eleven wards in Nnewi south 11 constituency and Ezinifite where Egwuoyibo came form has only three wards out of the Eleven so how can he win the election with his only 3 wards over Ukpor Six wards?
