It is in times like this that you know
the true men of God. Men like
Prophets Amos and Isaiah in the Old
Testament. Prophets who are not
afraid, who are bold to speak the
message from the throne of grace,
the message that God asked them to
deliver.
Last Sunday, a man of God, Pastor
J.T. Kalejaiye mounted the pulpit at
the Redeemed Christian Church of
God, Cornerstone Parish (aka My
Father’s House) where Pastor
Danjuma Tafawa-Balewa is the
resident pastor, to deliver the home
truth, addressing the problems of the
nation, calling a spade a spade, and
urging Nigerians to wake up and vote
without religious or ethnic
sentiments.
The kernel of his message: Don’t
vote along religious or ethnic lines.
Vote for the right man who would
move the country forward,
irrespective of his religion or his eth
nicity. The man of God, predicting the
forthcoming Presidential election,
said “There would be a pleasant
surprise. Go and mark it.”
Sounding angry with the way Nigeria
is going, Kalejaiye fumed: “Of what
use is my brother, my blood brother
who is not going to move the nation
forward? And you want me to vote for
him because he is my brother? Don’t
let us deceive ourselves.”
Nigerians, the year 2015 election.
There would be a pleasant surprise.
Go and mark it. Of what use is my
brother, my blood brother who is not
going to move the nation forward?
And you want me to vote for him
because he is my brother? Don’t let
us deceive ourselves. Who is a
Christian? Who is a Muslim? When I
was working somewhere, my boss
was a Muslim. I enjoyed under him.
My boss provoked me to study
further. My boss was always after my
welfare. It shall be well him wherever
he is today. He is a Muslim. The
soldier attached to me was with me
for almost 15 years. I never knew he
was a Muslim. The day he opened
his mouth to say “Sir, I am Muslim,” I
said “What? But you follow me to the
camp. You do this, you do that.” He
said that when it was time to pray he
would pray.
Brethren, wake up! Who is a
Christian? That somebody goes to
church doesn’t make him a Christian.
That somebody bears Christian name
doesn’t make him a Christian. You
are a Christian, yet there is no
employment for our youths. People
who should be feeding their parents,
they are still being fed by their
parents. How many youths can do
marriage today without the support of
their parents, financially? During our
own time, we did our wedding, we
only called our parents to come and
eat. Today, our children who are 35,
we are still feeding them. What are
we saying? Let’s call a spade a
spade, brethren. Things cannot
continue this way. Corruption is the
order of the day. You can steal and
nothing will follow. That's all.

Who is he? Hope these men are not trying to cause trouble among the Redeemed Family? It's a common knowledge that right from the 80's, the country's economy has been this way unlike yester years where companies will be coming to campuses to search and even beg for graduates. It's not today's problem. Men of God while calling spade a spade should also not cause disaffection among their members who cut across party lines. God bless Nigeria. God bless GEJ. God bless us all. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year in advance.

Yes, I agree Nigeria's problems didn't start with GEJ but he aggravated it by promoting corruption and
tactically making it a state policy, a
leader who said it clear and sound
that corruption is not a problem in
Nigeria, that what we called
corruption is "mere stealing", a man
who believe that the best way to
fight corruption is to shield corrupt
aides, ministers and advisers around
him
A man who vehemently fought
against the same masses who voted
him to power and destiny by
introducing policies and
programmes that further
impoverished them
Pastor JT Kalejaye only said the
obvious, GEJ has been weighed in a
balance and found wanting,
Sir, GEJ is lost beyond redemption,
change is inevitable
Compliment of the season!

People see the corruption and are lamenting. But buhari saw the corruption under abacha and turned a blind eye. Now he wants to be an anti - corruption president.

Pastor Kalejaiye being a RCCG Pastor is supporting Buhari becos of Pastor Prof. Osinbajo. But does Kalejaiye know that Osinbajo drafted and signed the Contract between Lagos State Govt and Alpha Beta Consulting Limited?? The signing of that Contract on behalf of Lagos State gave Alpha Beta(a Company without known Directors) the Exclusive Right to collect Lagos State Revenue and deduct 15 Percent without recourse to the Lagos State House of Assembly. Kalejaiye and others should know that Tinubu made over N150 Billion (One hundred and fifty billion naira) from the shady contract and that's why Tinubu is compensating him now. Pastor Osinbajo is an accessory to the crime of stealing cos he knew Alpha Beta Consulting Ltd is a Company without identity!!!!!

Aint ssurprised in RCCG today
All u need is to attain a certain educational standard
Then you will be available to head a parish
The way they ordain pastor na die
I know one runz man nicknamed STANZA
In ila orangun, Osun, even while still running the runz biz got ordained
I wonder if they pray before they pick who to ordain
It was later my cousin an RCCG member told me itz necessary to have certain educational status before been ordained

Am sure d likes of this pastor and osinbajo must have benefit from such criteria

I wonder why pastors now find politics as alternate business. Who is Kalajaiye? among pastors? He must be hungry and need money. Someone should plse give him. He must very doll or careless about his aide hence for 15 yrs he does not know d man's religion. This same person is talking about governance when he cannot govern just one man well for 15 yrs. Kalejaiye we know yr sponsors its too bad yu allow yurself to be used. A pastor should be more concer about preeching the gospel and not delving into politics he knows little about. is it politics wia a so called Christian is an arm robber or a Muslim that prays 5 tyms a day turns out to be a ritualist. What is the difference btw light and darkness? Am sure dont know due to the crumbs u get from FG. Is he wrong wen he drew inferences that goin to church or mosque does not make u Christian and Muslim? Or at age 40 most nigerian parents still feed their children. Which is true and pathetic. Pple like u will know no peace until u understand that calling a spade a spade is key to holiness and not being Christian or muslim by mouth.

they all failed in their responsibilities even our religion leaders, but they all find it easier to blamed others. you need to be strong redeem member to know how they run their own affairs and tell me if corruption is not in church, what welfare facilities is in place for their members with amount of money they are generating. how many times pastor JT cries out when the church imposed books that supposed to be free for small children at times five the price of producing that books, how many times did he cries out when all the priority of you rising up in redeem is about how much you remit in your parish, how many times has he asked their civil servants member who paid millions as tithes and offering how much their salary and where the millions they contributed came from. all is well if they benefited. if he actually want to says the truth, he will realise the common man problem is not from the fg but majorly from grassroot politicians that failed in their duties. those who feels fg impacts are the super rich among us, and when is not in their favour they instigate us with little money, if it favoured them its them and their family and those closer to them.
