Who is even sure that Buhari is eligible, and shall be allowed by INEC to contest the 2015 presidential elections? As at yesterday, Buhari could not present his ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS to INEC as required by the constitution. Buhari does ot appear to have any academic qualification.
