My windows 8 laptop does not see my Q10 mobile hotspot most of the time. On the few occassion it does see it, it fails to connect giving a "cannot connect to this network" message. I have updated the network adapter driver on the laptop but still not connecting. Not even detecting it.Funny thing is the laptop connects to other mobile hotspots...I jux bought de laptop wondering if its a fault.. |

Have you tried tethering your Q10 with another smartphone? |

Yes Sir....Ma system won't show my hotspot but other wifi enabled phones and system sees it...My system sees other phones hotspot too but won't see mine.......Q10 |

I would advice you to backup your phone and perform a factory reset. And test hotspot after reset is done. |

Please oh, someone should help... my windows 8 hp laptop does not see/find my mobile Hotspot on my Q10. But some other computers can find it and browse well with it. Also, some other fones can connect to my laptop well. Please help!!! Someone should please help |

It's from ur window 8 wireless driver. I think u should try updating to 8.1. Or u can use ur USB cable and tether it u will get the same speed as the Hotspot. I have noticed some window 8 laptops behaves that way but they can connect to android phone Hotspot |
