In Pictures: Fashola Beautifies Eko Atlantic City Lagos Ahead Of 2015, New Year Celebration One of the most creative Governors in the history of Nigeria, Babatunde Raji Fashola is set to welcome year 2015 with other Lagosians in grand style. Critize and hate all you want.... there is absolutely no question as to the visible physical, infrastructural and to some extent mentality transformation that have occurred in Lagos State during his tenure, especially for the populace who have been resident or previously lived in Lagos for the past 10-15 years..
