On December 1st 2014, Tony O. Elumelu, CON announced the $100 million Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneurship Programme (TEEP) to the world. This is the flagship entrepreneurship programme of the Tony Elumelu Foundation, with the mission to identify and grow 10,000 African entrepreneurs over the next decade and in doing so, create 1 million jobs and $10 billion in annual revenue in Africa.

TEEP stems from the inclusive economic philosophy of Africapitalism as well as the foundation’s mission to institutionalise luck and create an enabling environment for fostering entrepreneurship in Africa, thus impacting entrepreneurs across Africa for generations to come.
