You're absolutely right! But with the market at the moment and how clubs pay over the top for players, it is quite hard to see a quality plater with a reasonable transfer fee!
I think David Luiz started the trend for defenders, when he was signed from Chelsea by PSG for £50 million. Other clubs have placed huge price tags on their players generally! Chambers, Vermalean, Luke Shaw, Jeremy Matheius, Mangala, Felipe Luiz...these players have moved to their current club for a huge transfer fee.
