While our candidate is planning to be better than Fashola, our President is busy painting his Otueke lips with lipstick. It is only an empty President who has no vision or plan for the country will take his time to make up like a woman to address us.

Come elections APC will continue the great work they have started in Lagos state. Come 2015 Jonathan must go! Even this young kid and the coaches in Europe know!

I just love this man Ambode. He is the most prepared of all the candidates in Lagos and come to think of it, Lagos is still the centrre of excellence in Nigeria. The legacies of Tinubu and Fashola should not be allowed to die. Vote for continuity of good governance. As for me and my household, its Ambode all the way. Itesiwaju ipinle Eko lo je wa logun

What an enticng manifesto...
I believe with the per capita income he cited to be greater than the national average... Consequently, I expect that financial constraints will not be an an excuse for not following through with his manifesto, believing we don't experience deficits...

His performance certainly will be assessed on a yearly basis for the next four years juxtaposed with this manifesto, which Lagosians should use as a determining factor for his re-election come 2019...

I pray God gives him the strength to do better than his predecessors..

Copy and paste things!!!!

I was looking for stuff like making the state electoral commission more independent; seeing through the autonomy of LGs so as to empower them to do hundredfold of what they are doing; I was looking out to see how he will talk about slashing governance costs to deliver more projects to the people; how preocurement of contract will be more transparent etc

The maniifesto deliberately lacks the stuff that can transform lagos so that the thieving can continue while they continue giving us some projects to show that lagos is working......lagosians want more

Stfu. This is a competition as well as a battle for the soul of Lagos. APC has always raised the bar. What has the opponent, your paymaster, brought to the table. When he brings his manifesto and includes that, then it makes him more attractive as a man with a better plan. Until then, shut up and stop commenting when other parties show a credible plan we can hold them to.

the LG autonomy is a collective responsibility, when did states start controlling the Electoral Commission give references too....
Lagos is getting better that's why continuity is needed

Throughout the manifesto he made reference to irrespective of age, gender, religion or tribe and I think that should suffice. If he mentioned Igbo specifically , then he must mention all other tribes like Hausa etc.

This is a well writting manifesto, we should only pray for the will power for him to implement it to the letter when and if he's elected to run the affair of the state.

The NASS has sent the bill giving LGs autonomy to be ratified by the states before it can be passed into law; lagos APC has been silent on that; I was elated to hear that Ogun has endorsed the bill sent to its State's house of assembly!!!!

My friend up untill last night every state has its own electoral commission the conducts LG/Ward elections to elect counsellor and local governments chiefs

There is nothing in the manifesto but promises..........what will make sense is strategies, policies etc

I think this is the way politics should be, so that the electorate can match your manifesto to your actual archive mentioned at the end of the day and determine whether to give you another chance to perform or throw you out.
Great step in the right direction. U believe if we continue with this type of issue based politics then we will see true change in Nigeria.

it will take time but it's not just his responsibility to take control of that, the legislature has its own role to play. If the the legislators say No and the Governor says yes a stalemate is created. Besides LG autonomy and the EC Autonomy are interwoven in a way.
If the head is corrupt(FG) the SG follow by example(INEC is not independent except in name).
you don't expect yourself to tell your enemy your plans and policies besides we are waiting for his opposition to release his manifesto.
what is Copy and paste now sef there
