Sokoto and Kano are not swing states for the Presidential elections. They are Buhari states. Many PDP members will vote Buhari there. Rivers is an APC state for Governorship but for.Presidential elections Jonathan may win narrowly in Rivers. |

Sunnybobo3: Lagos: PDP has a good chance for governorship in Lagos based on my new research on sentiments on the street but they will lose Presidential. Even governorship is not all that sure for PDP, the state has many employees in LAWMA LASTMA and Parks and Gardens and so on who have PVCs and have collected for their relatives that is a very high number of sure votes. Then Tinubu planted his daughter in market womens assoviation and nobody sponsored a court case to challenge that. Anyway market women are 2 million votes. Retirees, pensioneers Awoists and other 65/70year olds who have had a lot of time to collect PVCs. Aside from all these Tinubu political genius stuff, Lagos is like no other state, there are many Ibos for Buhari, Yorubas ready to die for Jonathan, Akwa Ibom people who love GEJ even more than Ibos. Lots of christians but also many Muslim Yorubas that APC has positioned itself properly across with Fashola, Osinbajo and Buhari. Buhari's strength in Lagos was from the 1980s and there is little anybody can do about it. Another northern politician who would make waves here is Marwa. he corruption perception might win it for Buhari |
