There has been so much talk about the forthcoming election and the PVC cards... I just need to know if it's possible we can vote from polling units other than where we registered... Personally, I have moved from where I registered and I have also collected my voter card... But come Feb.2015... Can I vote from my new location though within the same local government coverage?
