SDP, on the other hand, is quietly receiving defectors day by day and is free of the baggage of the status quo - a fresh new beginning. With Osoba as the leader, Bankole as guber candidate and Amosun's defected deputy as Bankole's running mate, it keeps getting better by the day.

Those slogans- AMG and AIG are only popular in the opponents camp. SDP has already presented Odunsi- a Yewa man.
Bankole is only relevant in his neighbourhood of Onikolobo (a suburb of Abeokuta) outside this, he's irrelevant.
His father is the main politician, he's just a figure head.
Even if SDP replaces Odunsi with Dimeji, he stands no chance with GNI not to talk of Amosun.
His best bet is to reconcile and stay put with PDP, make himself relevant and contest in 2019.

I was told Obasanjo gave him the same advice to withdraw from the elections.

Please let them know....... They believe Amosun will use his roads, bridges and flyovers to hoodwink us into voting him for a 2nd term.
