Just like he approve for a committee to be set up for the "NIS scam and stampede" and ask them to submit the report for 12 weeks and its now getting to 7 months and the report is not available

Most of them are still under construction while some have taken off.

As the OP rightly pointed out, universities take a while to fully setup.

I pray the incoming government continues from where the outgoing government stops...and that prayer still applies even if the incumbent returns for a 2nd term because we have seen projects like these started for political reasons and abandoned midway.
