If buhari went ahead and contest this election with out certificate

No nigerian should present his/her certificate when looking for employment

That's what INEC /APC have been saying, go to court. Mind you, the minimum requirements is WASC or equivalent. It has already been proven that Buhari has a Diploma which is higher than WASC
So this case is a no brainier. INEC have repeatedly said an affidavit is enough for them. There is what is known as transcript of academic record which Buhari can easily apply for from the school and acceptable to every court of law.

Thank God for your comment. Nigerians never asked President Jonathan to show his certificates or does any1 here have copies of his PSLC, SSCE, UNI. or MSc certificates?

Let the court determine Buhari's eligibility.

Why are we bothering our heads with irrelevant issues when we have more pressing issues to address.

This is better than shouting on social media, but unfortunately, the charge and bail lawyer's case will be thrown out for lack of merit. I don't know what our law schools have become that a so-called trained lawyer will not know what the law says with respect to Buhari's eligibility or otherwise.
. that case is dead on arrival. s.132(d) of the1999 constitution states the requirement is at least sch cert level. unless he can prove GMB did not attend ANY SCHOOL at all.

Why is GMB s eligibility suddenly an issue??This is his fourth time at the polls for God s sake.It s really insulting to the Army as an institution to call an Army General an illiterate and the fact that we r doing so explains the root cause of the problems plaguing our educational sector-we dont understand what it means to be educated.

If these fools have gone to court since day 1, hopefully the case would have been dispensed with by now.

So why didn't he do that all these years? Why didn't he trying retrieving his certificate or obtain a statement of result from his former school? The simply answer is: Buhari does not have it!
