Hi Fellow nairalanders,am planning to invest in entertainment business (visuals) but havnt really known exactly where to site it.pls can some of you business gurus and consultants here advice me on the location site.here are some things to consider.
* I need a location that will project its quality and class to people even when it have not actually been contracted,tested and proven yet by customers.
* A location that will attract rich,wealthy and affluent customers that will be ready to pay the cost.
* A location that is marketable and can be easily seen by people.
* Finally and most importantly a place that has large flow of traffic but is serene and where people can easilly see the sign post.
In as much as I know that time always tell in businesses I also know that it depends on the kind as this is a video shooting company specialised on event coverage.suggest from these list on places.
SURULERE,FESTAC,IKEJA,VI,LEKKI,LAGOS ISLAND,YABA AND PLACES OF LIKE NATURE. please enlightened gurus should kindly suggest as your kind usefull gesture will be highly appreciated. Thanks..

1. Where are your major competitors staying?

2. How else do you expect to attract your
clients (apart from the sign post you're planning)?

These could help you decide on a suitable
location.

Buddy thanks for commenting.am not puting competitors under consideration because I know the quality am coming out with moreover I have my way of taking care of that area.I also intend to run a tv advert for some time and will also start with low price but with a very high quality production so as to create awareness to people where ever I work.my major area of seeking suggestion is a location that will add more credibility to the packaging and price or do you think anyplace can still serve the purpose provided my work is good ?

what exactly MOTIVATES your clients to buy.

Is it the "effizy" or packaging?

Is it the customer relationship?

what some of your competitors are doing.)

Bros can you kindly suggest to me based on the ones I put down..give me the first three best sites to locate this biz and remember the. Points to consider..this biz is not buying and selling where you consider most of these points you are listing..its a unique biz.what are the locations chosing from the listed and tell me why you chosed them and what is obtainable..also possibly give me some estimated cost of it.just dnt focuse on the competitors and rivals its not so applicable.
