When something expires, let's take food and drug for instance. Some of their key ingredients brake down thus becoming harmful, but in poison the reverse is the case. Remember that the key ingredient of a poison is formulated to make lethal, when it expires most if it active composition brake down making less potent... But op why the question? Hope you are not planning to commit suicide.

Animal venom? I didn't give that a thought, but being that most snake venoms basically is make of proteins and biotic in nature, I bet if let open for numbers of years I doubt if they will as lethal as before.
