That's up to you regarding the UK adult. As she isn't based in Nigeria, she doesn't serve as a strong hometie for any of her siblings IMO.

Now after tracking VFS website i saw this (Your processed passport has been forwarded to the Canada Visa Office on 2023/07/10. To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website)

What could be happening, Could rejection still happen since tracker is not updated with VISA status. Fear dey catch me now based on the experiences i am seeing here.

In the work section , under address I put in the name of her secondary school plus the address is that okay ?? And also when I started filling the form , there’s a section that says if someone is filling for you I clicked yes and I put my name , is that okay ? Under my kid’s application when asked how much will you spend in Canada , should I put in the amount under mine ? And I clicked yes under is someone else giving you money for your stay and I filled it that my mother will be sponsoring the trip , is that okay ? Is it complusory to disclose refusals ? Good Evening Guys. Please I need advice. I was nominated for a conference by my organisation a federal government agency to attend in Canada with the corresponding agency there . The issue we have is the conference was announced late and due to bureaucracy we also got approval late and the event is holding first week of June. We have all the documents and all but is it possible in anyway to get a visa between now and the first week of June if one applies this week ?

For conferences that are announced like 2 to 3 months before the date, is there a way to get the visa within the time range for future purposes cos the timelines I am seeing on this thread is quite long. Thank you.

The VFS page was updated on the 10th of July.

The IRCC portal and tracker was updated 20th of June.

1. Refusals should be disclosed. People have gotten 5year bans for failure to do this.

2. Keeping her school address is OK.

3. You completing the form is OK as well. You are the main applicant for a group trip and there's nothing wrong with doing this.

4. Might be good to split the budget amongst the group based on the itinerary and budget you have mapped out. So c$1.2k for flights + c$250 for accomodation + c$ 'X' estimate for activities, food etc. should then be listed for each traveller.

Don't worry unless you need to. Your passport is out for stamping, so just hold on until you get notified for delivery

hi, I hope this find u well, and congratulations on ur visa, pls, I would be applying for a conference with my colleagues at office, I work with federal government parastata, which docs did u submitted, did u attach bank statement and properties docs/employment docs cos I have read some of the requirements here for tourist, don't know if it's same for government sponsored conference too, would be glad to read from you soon, thanks.

After paying the transmission fee to the account number, you print out your receipt and add it to other documents before you send to Vfs

If you’re paying transmission fee, you’ve to pay online n include the proof along with other documents.
