Each time i read articles on this Buhari certificate issue that has been going on for long, i just laugh. Really, is this how low electioneering has gotten in Nigeria.

Asking about Buhari certificate is doubting every institution that Nigeria stands on.

Now lets face the fact.

The constitution demands that every presidential candidate should provide evidence of his certificates to INEC, before he can be allowed to stand to be voted for.

INEC, i am aware has screened every candidate that is to stand for this election and has released their final list. Now the question is: Did INEC screen Buhari too? the question is yes. Did they find anything wrong with his candidature? NO. Now if we are saying that Buhari is not qualified, it means that INEC too is not qualified anymore to screen candidate and conduct elections. They should be scrapped so we ourselves will now be the screeners.

Now, Does the constitution mandate candidates to show their certificates to the electorates before they can be qualified to be voted for? No! Has any presidential candidate before now shown his certificate to the electorates? NO. Then buhari does not owe anybody anything concerning his private documents. Asking for his would be treading on his fundamental human right.

To the Nigerian Army. Was Buhari admitted into the Nigerian Army? Yes. Did he at the time meet the requirement to be admitted to the institution? Yes. Was he screen by the then military body? Yes. Did he pass? yes.
Now Nigerian army saying that they cannot verify the authenticity of buhari's qualification to be entered into the service simply means that they are shooting themselves in the foot. If this stands true, that means the Nigerian army is a scam, and all the generals should be recalled and asked to come for screening by an external body. You can't just single buhari out.


Since when has certificate parade being a must for election into offices? Did GEJ show us his certificate before we elected him into office? No. has he shown us his certificate now? No. Has any other presidential candidate of any party shown their certificate to the public? No.

Case Dismissed.

They really do not have a case against buhari. Looking at this from a neutral point of view, it is so funny and implicating at the same time. If buhari is to show his certificate, then every elected individual is to show their certificates to us so we can verify if they actually qualified for their positions, since we do not trust INEC any longer.

And every military personnel should be relieved of their positions till we verify the authenticity of their certificates.
