What we do know is this: the
angels were created before the earth
(Job 38:4-7). Satan fell before he tempted
Adam and Eve in the Garden (Genesis
3:1-14). Satan’s fall, therefore, must have
occurred somewhere after the time the
angels were created and before he
tempted Adam and Eve in the Garden of
Eden. Whether Satan’s fall occurred a few
minutes, hours, or days before he
tempted Adam and Eve in the Garden,
Scripture does not specifically say.
The book of Job tells us, at least at that
time, Satan still had access to heaven
and to the throne of God. “One day the
angels came to present themselves
before the LORD, and Satan also came
with them. The LORD said to Satan,
’Where have you come from?’ Satan
answered the LORD, ‘From roaming
through the earth and going back and
forth in it’” (Job 1:6-7). Apparently at that
time, Satan was still moving freely
between heaven and earth, speaking to
God directly and answering for his
activities. At what point God discontinued
this access is unknown.

both...the one u paraphrased is what shall be...he fell before Adam and he shall fall after Adam. There are (2) falls Lucifer will experience...he already experienced one, remains the other. This 2nd fall of his that is still hanging over him, yet to happen is a prophecy first seen by Isaiah and seconded by John the Beloved.

Reading John 8:44

You are from your father the devil, and you choose to do your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks according to his own nature, for he is a liar and the father of lies.

Jesus made it clear that satan began his evil ways as a murderer and a liar by bringing death to humans. This would imply that his fall was after the creation of man.

what about when they came down to know the daughters of men was that not part of the reaseon they were chased out i thougt satan and God were contesting for the souls of men the contest was who will rule heaven and earth if there were no human on earth then why will their be contesting for it if satan was chased down here when no body was here why did God also came here to create man knowing what would happen why didn't he go else where why did he said woe to the inhabitate of earth for satan has been chased down to live amoung you who are those reffered to or was it all is plan even before he created man why didn't he settle his scores with satan or just kill him before creating man address the why's pls

There were two falls of Lucifer, the devil was cast out twice.

The first was when he was cast out as the anointed cherub; the cherub that covered the mercy seat and the shekinah glory of God.

Ezekiel 28v14-16 -Thou art the anointed cherun that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.

Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.

....Therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherun, from the midst of the stones of fire.

This scripture rehearsed the first fall of Lucifer, this was when he was cast out as the covering cherub; and out of God's holy mountain. This was when he became Satan -after iniquity was found in him.

But from scripture, it is clear that even after this initial fall, Satan could still come before God and talk to Him, and accuse mankind before God.

Job 2v1-2 -Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, AND SATAN CAME ALSO AMONG THEM to present himself before the Lord.

And the Lord said unto Satan, From whence comesth thou? And Satan answered the Lord, and said, FROM GOING TO AND FRO IN THE EARTH, and from walking up and down in it.

He was no more the covering chreub and I don't think he dwelt in God's holy mountain anymore; he now went to and fro -but he could still come before God.

The second fall of Lucifer came later after Christ came. This second fall took place after the glorification and enthronment of Christ in heaven; after He became the propitiation for our sin and our High priest before the Father.

Here Satan was not just cast out as the covering cherub, but was cast out as the accuser of the brethren. After this second fall, his place was no more found in heaven again much less before God and His holy mountain.

Revelation 12v7-9 -And there was war in heaven: Micheal and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,

And prevailed not; neither was their place found anymore in heaven.

And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out in the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

....For the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

There you have it, the devil was cast out twice:

He was cast out as the covering cherub, after iniquity was found in him; after which he became the accuser of the brethren before God.

Then he was cast out as the accuser of the brethren, after Christ's enthronement in heaven.

rubbish to them that do not have understanding.is it not that u seek clarity or u're glued to that which you don't understand. Check Rev.1:1-3.

He hasn't come among us per say, when he comes, u urself won't dare stay here without help nor come on NL coz this earth will be so,so,so uncomfortable and perilous. If u seek knowledge, I will teach u and open ur eyes, if only u want it...but if u want to gloat...ire oo.
