The Islamic State is pushing an Ottoman Empire style caliphate. Iran has been boasting of it's much anticipated Mahdi for years coming soon to destroy Mecca. Much of the Islamic world is in chaos with mortal enemies Sunni and Shia blowing each other up left and right. SalC: Lot's of errors in the video. First off, the Islamic Messiah isn't the Mahdi but Jesus; the Mahdi is more like a John the Baptist figure paving the way for the return of Jesus. Second, it is not just a Shia (guess that's what he meant by saying Iran) but also a Sunni prophecy that goes something like this " there will be rulers for years, then rulers for month then for weeks then the emergence of the Mahdi"...now put in perspective the fact that the current King is already 79 thus he might live for only a few months. God knows best Third, the bogus ISIS caliphate was also prophetised and the hadith is pretty clear : Hazrat Muhammad (may peace and blessings be upon him) If you see the black flags, then remain on the ground and do not move a hand or a leg. A group of weaklings will then appear their hearts are like iron. They are the owners of the state (dawla). They fulfill neither a contract nor a covenant.
