One fact that is pronounced is where measurements are to be made, units of measurement must be established.
Another fact of measures is that there is always a reference point. E.g. In temperature measure, zero Kelvin is a reference point.

Without establishing these two, errors are bound to occur.

With these in mind, and the future of this country at heart, let's intelligibly scrutinize our two main presidential candidates.
