Please on which of these two suvs can l save some bucks both in buying and maintainance. Thanks in advance guys: cityng, ikenna, gazzuzz, sienna, etc |

densel: The smaller Rav4 should be cheaper to run than the bigger/heavier Highlander. Personally I would always go for newer (on a modern vehicle). I say all these with the utmost reservation and I really should not be recommending anything for the Nigerian market because the landscape there is weird. |

You will save more money in both purchase and maintenance of the 04 HL than the 06 Rav4. The 06 Rav is a model change so is about 40% more expensive than the HL. Newer engine and transaxle (depending on engine config) means higher repair/replacement cost. But the Rav comes with better economy. 3 Likes |
