While APC is putting up her mercenaries on how to form their parallel government,
this a call to the nations of Biafra, Niger Delta Republic and the Middle Belt Republic to start planning on how to form parallel nations!

While a parallel government, will bring chaos, anarchy and blood, parallel nations will bring respect, dignity and prosperity.

My suggestion is that all hands should be on deck to make sure that APC forms their parallel Government , that is the shortest root to Biafra .
Biafrans don't really need to do much work just encourage APC in their wild goose chase which can never materialize and let Boko Haram have their way from the North East. The APC parallel Government will be based in Lagos which perfectly falls into shape in my simulation

APC will be the biggest cowards and noise makers if the fail not to form a parallel government and will never be forgiven by historians

The Nigerian army would be over whelmed by both APC and Boko haram and with the drop in oil price the federal government will be left with no other option than call for a plebiscite.
