Here is how it works, simply put 111,000,777 or any number after the 11 digits number e.g 08077774747111 u will then be charged at the same rate like mtn, it works even for mtn midnight calls,
N/B: It doesn't work for 0909,0902, and all other 090 number except mtns 0903,
