Lets assume you are travelling...u ve being in a bus for hours and wanted to ease yourself ...finally you arrive ur destination.. Looking for where to PEE and there is non. After walking for about 20 mins..and the pee beginning to force itself out,you found a lil corner...unzipped ur trouser, set out your WATER_POMP to pee and immidiately u someone from your back shouted " URINate and pay 5k" + seeing a sign board" urinate and pay 5k" in front of you.. WHAT WOULD YOU DO? ? Urinate to pay 5k or WET YOUR DRESS AND MOVE ON??....rotfl  ....
