Just heard on Arise News that INEC has announced the elections may be postponed. I think this means the elections will be delayed.

the truth is even if election is postponed to March, millions will still not collect their PVC because they have no interest in voting.

PDP know they will lose this, now they are deploying every tactics to defer the will of Nigerians. Election Must Hold as Scheduled.
