There was wild jubilation in the Okwu-Uratta hostels axis of IMO State University, as their 6-month plight for a transformer was brought to an end by the UPP governorship candidate for Imo State, Chief Osmond Ukanacho.
Reports has it that same promises were made by Ken Ojiri and Captain Emmanuel Iheanacho, the Accord and APGA candidates respectively, yet none was fulfilled, until Dr Ukanacho came to their immediate rescue. The students sang his praise and promised to reciprocate his gesture at the polls.
