Disclaimer: This is to clear the air on some mis-interpreted, mis-quoted, misconceptions trailing the COunter INsurgency war in the North East of Nigeria.

First and foremost, the war on terror is the sole responsibility of the NA and these are being carried out by the Nigeria Military. The liberations of some towns and villages under BokoHaram are done by the collective effort of the NA and NAF--- yeah, you heard/read me right. Forget those "news" circulating around that Chad is the one doing the mission.
You might want to ask why it took the Military such a long time to respond DECISIVELY, ADEQUATELY, in that "Earth-shaking Mission presently ongoing---(according to credible intel) NA army waited till the "needed" hardwares came before they launch the Offensive.
Now, to set the record straight, there are no mission being carried out by either the Chadian Airforce or Army on Nigeria soil EXCEPT the ones by the MNJTF which comprises of Nigeria,Chad,Cameroun. All missions(according to reliable sources) by the Multi National Joint Task Force are RESTRICTED TO THE BORDER except specified otherwise.
One more thing, some media (foreign and local) are trying to portray the NA as weaklings. Nigeria Army are being showned as a "failure" by media especially the western media. We must rise against this. THEY ARE TRYING TO GIVE THE GLORY OF THE WAR TO CHAD at the detriment of Our Fallen Heroes on the Battle Fronts. Say NO to Propagadanists who are hell-bent on bringing Nigeria down on its kneel.

The Nigerian Army and Navy have never been this armed with SOPHISTICATED weapons in its 55 years history. NIGERIAN NAVY IS THE BEST IN AFRICA BOTH IN OFFICERs and VESSELS assests . On paper this should be the most powerful Nigerian army ever; From British Vickers we've graduated to top line "T-72 TANKs(with ERA)", we've moved from Hillux trucks and rickety apcs to "BTR-4 Infantry Fighting Vehicles(IFVs)" with some featuring "SLAT ARMOUR or CAGE ARMOUR". For reconnaissance we now have assets in Space in numbers not seen before on the African continent. PRESENTLY We(Nigeria) fly the MOST ADVANCED Maritime/Aerial surveillance craft in Africa. We've graduated from ingenuously building Drones to actually using "Armed" Drones-- i repeat, UNMANNED COMBAT AERIAL VEHICLE(UCAVs) , the ONLY military in Africa to do so. We have MRAPS(Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicles) other countries like Chad and Cameroun can only dream of.

TOWNS LIBERATED BY MNJTF AND NA/NAF

Some of the towns liberated by the soldiers of the Multi National Joint Task Force from Nigeria, Chad, Niger and Cameroon are Gamboru-Ngala, Malamfatori, Abadam, Kirawa and Ashigashiya and Michika.
It was gathered that troops had encircled Gwoza, and were moving against the town which was captured and made part of a caliphate announced by the insurgents last year.
An Intelligence personnel said on Thursday that the Nigerian Army also made a big break in the battle against the insurgents by recovering some of the most lethal military equipment captured by insurgents when they took over the Baga base of the task force.
The recovered equipment included “a Battle Armoured Tank equipped with comprehensive protective system and maximum firing distance and accuracy with anti-aircraft rotating mount; its fire accuracy is attained by range-finder, ballistic computer with a thermal barrel sleeve.”
Several other weapons, arms and ammunition, including variety of armoured vehicles and artillery guns, as well as several Hilux vehicles were also taken from them.

So Our Army are the one doing the Job. We must stop this "hype" of Chadian as the "saviour". If they are that strong, HOW DO BOKO HARAM KILL HUNDREDS OF CIVILIAN AND SOLDIERS IN CAMEROUN WHERE the self-gloried CHAD ARMIES ARE HEADQUARTERed??
NA are doing the Needful liberating towns so election would hold in those villages. Let's keep praying for them.

FINALLY, Let me state/say/type it CATEGORICALLY, ASSUREDLY, AUTHORITATIVELY THAT BOKO HARAM HAS "NO ANSWER" TO THE EQUIPMENTS THE MILITARY IS FIELDING--- I repeat, BH has NO answer(weapon, counter measure) to the "destructive, decimating, annihilating, surpressing, earth quaking

When the army of a country is slighted by it's own citizens in the name of being the opposition to the ruling party........
then we shouldn't be surprised when the world at large help us out in tarnishing our military's image.

Another important factor against war on islamic jahadists boko haram is subversion and sabotage of NA efforts from within, among govt officials and politicians along with nonchant attitude from muslim leaders except sheik M. Gumi and late sheik killed in Kaduna along with his wife and 2 children last year.

Op, please stop informing the public with your lies. Who on earth told you that Nigeria Navy is the best in Africa in terms of assets and personnel? The NN cannot be matched with SA or Egyptian navy. How call you say the NN is the best yet the protection of Nigeria water ways and fighting high sea pirate were contracted to Tompolo, a militant. Who recently purchased six decommissioned warships from Norway and retrofitted them with weapons? How can a navy be the best in a continent and yet cannot secure the country water ways.

Secondly, you claim that Nigeria has an armed drone. Haba, if you want to lie, please lie diplomatically. Where is the armed drone? Why haven't we see the armed drone in action in NE? I'm sure you don't know what is called armed drone. If we do have just three armed drone that can carry an hellfire missile, Boko Haram would have been history and numbers of gallant officers that died would have been reduced by 80% if not more.

Op, hope you're not referring to the junk Nigeria airforce paraded some two years ago as drone. If Nigeria place that junk in a store in Nigeria no one will buy it. You will see better on to buy on Amazon. Millions of Naira was spent on that junk called drone.

T-72 tanks bought from Chech Republic? That again is a political lies. The pictures flying around that Nigeria has taken delivery of the T-72 tanks can be juxtaposed that that flying around sometimes ago that Nigeria has taken delivery of attack Helios. Yet noting on ground.

APC and MRPV, hope you're not referring to those assembled in Kaduna? Those Kaduna assembled vehicles can hardly withstand an AA or 50mm caliber.

The country is in this precarious position because of people like who always tell the world that we are the best in this and that, we have this and we have that, yet we are far from being the third best.

Only the truth and nothing but the truth will set is free and move us forward as a nation.

I will never quote a brain dead person like you, who glorifies himself in lies. Only an animal like you reacts violently when you claims are debunked.

According to global fire power who ranks countries of the world yearly according to their military strength and fire power. Using 40 ranking tools such as number of active personnel and reservists, ranks, aircrafts (fighters and interceptors) helicopters, armored fighting vehicles, naval strength and coaster defence crafts amongst others, ranked
Egypt as having the best military in Africa, with 5000 tanks, 1100 aircrafts including 245 Helios, 343 fighters, 390 training aircrafts and 28 mine warfare.

2nd is Algeria, has 6 submarines, 400 aircrafts, 188 Helios and so on.

3rd is Ethiopia, has 560 tanks, 780 AFVs, 180 MLRS, 81 aircraft, 39 Helios and so on.

4th is South Africa that 4 frigates, 3 submarines, 191 ranks, 1430 AFVs, 118 self propelled guns, and 240 rocket projectors.

5th is Nigeria with 363 tanks, 680 towed artillery, 1400 AFVs, 96 aircrafts, 36 Helios, 51 coaster defense craft and 2 mines warships.

Some nitwit will now come to a globally visited forum and shell out lies and if his lies are debunked, he yell out threats.
