A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Wednesday morning struck out a suit challenging the eligibility of President Goodluck Jonathan to stand for re-election
in the 2015 presidential elections,
rescheduled to hold on the 28th of March 2015, after it was shifted by the Independent Electoral Commission, INEC, from its original February 14 date.

DAILY POST recalls that there are at least 5 suits challenging the eligibility of President Jonathan to stand for re-election in different courts. Two of the cases have
been referred to the Court of Appeal for adjudication while three others have been pending before Federal High Courts prior to
this latest ruling.

with the suit filled against GEJ of which i know is dead on arrival ended,the suit filled aginst GMB is more worrying because it bothers on perjury,i don't know what the final result will be. Lets hope the result of the case will be taken in Good faith

The hope that the change movement has put in the heart of many Nigerians is really surprising, I just hope its not a Scam. If possible i would have want to see if this change is real,but that will only happen if the election is won by APC.
