Causes may includes the ff;

1. Bad viscous fan clutch,
2. Dirty radiator

Also I hope the fan has not been worked on to run directly with the engine speed?

Have d radiator checked properly and also the fan assembly unit.

it raise by how much ?

its normal to raise abit when the car is stationary, its very rare for the radiator fan to kick in when travelling at above 20mph why because cold air is blown into the radiator and the engine bay by the motion of the car, once you stop there is no more air flowing in so the temparature raises by 3-5 degress, then the fan takes over if the temperature reaches the trigging number

Your vehicle model comes with a viscous fan. when such issues as your occour, its usually the viscous fluid in the fan coupling leaking out. there's no fix for it but a complete replacement of the fan.

@op ,If you run your fan direct (which is the common practice in nigeria ) your fan will pack up sooner

Don't use cheap engine oil, if u must use any oil, use Oando and anything lesser than that is problematic. Good luck.
