Op Where's palm oil. I didn't see palm oil floating on top of the egusi soup . This egusi resemble awon Omo ibo egusi o cheesy

Why chicken..i general have this belief that chickens are meant for stews or intercontinental dishes not local delicacies. Goat meat, beef, snails, dry fish na the way to go with local soups joor

You may not see palm oil floating cos I used fresh boiled palm kernel oil ie "akwu nfo". Only few will understand shaa

so what's the procedure you used in cooking it,in case I want to learn on how to prepare it....cos all I see is vegetable,chicken and a pot of cooked egusi soup. that's nonsense,without telling the house d method u used, or a way to go about it, for those that don't knw hw to cook it.
