I asked what that place was many a time - no one in Abuja seemed to know. It looks more like a bank or court house than a residential building and it looks completely out of step in that part of Abuja, I would understand were it in a residential quarter. I appreciate his desire to improve the quality of materials used but the design is not appealing. Definitely not the most beautiful building in town. |

The house belongs to that man who owns A.A. Rano Oil. A gallon of the paint used for the building costs 58,000 naira. I know the company from where the paints were bought. 1 Like |

I will only have respect for this building only if itz fully integrated with full home automation system. Otherwise, what's luxury about the building if you still have to walk through the whole house to switch off all lights for instance. A house of this size and price value should come with full home automation which should include light automation, security/alarm systems, CCTV, video and audio distribution(full HD quality), video intercoms etc. From my findings so far, more than 80% of these types of building dont have these systems in place not to talk of automating it. If you can afford to buy a house of 50M not to talk of buying land alone for N1B, you or your builder should be exposed enough and be able to afford to automate the whole house at fraction of a cost of the building. IMO, a luxury house should be intelligent enough to make some routine decisions without your interference. This is what home automation does and stands for. D problem with that house is lack of space and serenity. It needs a quiet and natural environment around it for one to value it's beauty. Very far from d city 1 Like |

Aliyu Abubakar, chairman of AA Oil, should thank Al Mustapha for his status now. A smalish man with great investment strategies. He has very beautiful buildings in GRA ikeja. He is mostly into real estate investment and all his buildings are tastefully furnished before he offer them for sale. I know him very well. He is a very generous man. |

Nothing spectacular about the architecture, just a lifting of a foreign architecture, nothing special about it though,we see numerous buildings that look exactly like this in foreign countries |
