More serious countries don't sell such form instead they make the requirements a bit harder like for example asking for 6 to 7 credits or second class upper and above and it's free to apply.

I should think it's real. 71RRI passed out some few weeks ago and even before then, the 72RRI were already at the NA Depot Zaria, undergoing training. It's a continuous cycle (the recruitment) I think.

Military enlistment shouldn't be based on academic performance.
