It's no news that corruption has reached alarming levels in our society. Recently, it has been one of the main points of political discussions amongst our people especially as it concerns those in high places. Surprisingly, very few seem to be talking about the everyday corruption in "small" places. Take for instance, registration for drivers' license where the stipulated cost is about N6,500 or so but one pays up to N10,000 coupled with the enormous stress involved before final collection. This also applies to registration for International passport and so many others. This makes one to wonder what well meaning individuals can do to curb corruption in our country. Let's suggest ways to alleviate the sufferings of the common man. I suggest we should start taking photos of people demanding bribes or recording them in order to shame them. What do you think?
