Leap Year: Do February 29 Birthday Celebrants Celebrate Every Year? by Sanchez01: 1:51pm On Feb 28, 2015
Perhaps some people don't know Feb 29 exist. It does! The problem, however, is that it surfaces only once in every 4 years. Having 29 days in February implies a 'Leap Year' - A year containing an additional day.

While people are born everyday in every part of the world, some are 'lucky' to be born in a Leap Year - February 29.

The next Leap year (29 days in Feb) comes up in 2016.
How do they celebrate their birthdays? Do they do it annually like every common Birthday celebrations all over the world or do they wait to celebrate once in every four years I'm really curious.
