iThe Director of Media and Publicity of the Peoples Democratic Party Presidential Campaign Organisation, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, on Saturday called on Nigerians to question the All Progressives Congress leaders on how they acquired their private jets.

Fani-Kayode, in his reaction to an allegation by the Director of Media and Publicity of the APC Presidential Campaign Organisation, Mallam Garba Shehu, that the President Goodluck Jonathan administration was planning to use the Aviation Ministry to ground the private jets belonging to senior members of the APC and frustrate the party’s campaign, said it was interesting that APC has admitted, for the first time, that their leaders own private jets.

According to him: “It is interesting that the APC has, for the very first time, admitted that some of its leaders own private jets. It will be interesting to know from the APC how these leaders who either occupied public offices or still occupy public offices acquired these jets. In fact, where did the money with which they procured the jets come from?

“And this is the APC whose leaders pretend to occupy a moral high ground and accuse everyone else except themselves of malfeasance.

“Once again, it is clear that the APC leaders have become prisoners of their own delusions and they are being held captive by their own hallucinations. This is a clear case of extreme paranoia.

“They are running under the bed when nobody is chasing them. There are no plans to clamp down on anybody in the opposition. Our only plan is to humiliate them before the Nigerian people on March 28 by giving them a crushing defeat.”

I seriously don't know what's wrong in having a private jet(not from Jona's corrupt pocket), I thought jona said "who are those saying Nigeria is a poor country, Nigeria is one of the countries with the highest amount of private jets" Dr. Goodluck Jonathan PhD

I've posted this elsewhere, but it fits in the narrative here:

It never ceases to amaze me how ppl are so gullible. Some people really believe that APC will wipe out corruption. This is ridiculous. It is in the best interest of every politician in Nigeria for corruption to thrive in the country. Where will the likes of Tinubu, Atiku, Okorocha, and Amaechi be today without corruption? Truth is that Nigerian politicians, whether under the umbrella of PDP, or wielding the broom of APC are essentially the same. This is why they jump from one party to another so easily. APC and PDP are equally corrupt. Both rig elections to the best of their abilities. Everyone should know this. It is therefore disheartening when some folks would come out and say APC is out for change, and claim PDP is full of corrupt ppl, as if their is a magical filter that only allows righteous ppl to join APC. The other day, we learnt that the former governor of Anambra state, Mbadinuju has joined APC. Now, this is one of the most corrupt governors Nigeria has ever seen. Yet, he is now a member of APC, and apparently he is out to fight corruption. smh.

Tl:dr Nigerian politicians are all the same. If you wish to vote for a particular candidate, fine. But please don't tell yourself you're voting against corruption. In summary, all na same.

If Buhari has private Jets and the FG can't find out where they got the money from, it means the money wasn't gotten in a corrupt manner, so it's either they got the money from a sincere means or Jonathan isn't really fighting corruption
