Pls fellow nlanders I saved about 300k and am contemplating between the 2 which one sgould I go for pls I need your advice. Tanx

depends on your location/environment.

not sure you can stock a shop after deducting rent from that 300k.

If u r sure u have good location\site, and also have full time and commitment, building materials is your sure bet with your very little capital. Although u can't get a reliable or efficient cab or tricycle for that amount, Transportation business is only best for your as owner_operator! If not run away.


Note:I am into both. With good PR and strategic goodwill from suppliers, u can start stocking a building materials shop with 200k, it takes endurance. I have seen it done severally
