Travel Time On Nigerian Roads Before and During President Jonathan's rule It was Tim O'brien who said that "the thing about remembering is that you don't forget" One of the critical sectors where the Goodluck administration has out-shined previous administrations is in the area of transportation from Rails to Airports, from inland Waterways to massive construction and rehabilitation of roads and accompanying infrastructure. The Difference between President Jonathan and Buhari Et Rochas is simple One Gets the work done without making any noise about it The Others.
