Thank God for some of you to be court-martialed. If not, a lot of betrayer still among you should have been raising their ugly head of sabotage in the system. I pray that at the end of the war, government should look into their case again and grant them clemency of life imprisonment or total dismissal.

Good. Guess freshair is blowing towards u and shattering all forms of propaganda that they'v used in beclouding ur reasoning demanding for suicidal change. Change is good when it is certain it will bring progress not when it is a gamble dat has minimal chance of turning giid and a huge chance of being suicidal.

RIP gallant soldier. You were a fine gentleman, coolheaded, pious, straightforward and down-to-earth. Your kid still asks of you every now and then.

So the Nigerian Army can win this fight without losing a single soldier? Or have you heard them lose a fighter since they started the onslaught against Boko Haram recently?

Continue deceiving Nigerians. Someone who hadn't been affected directly or otherwise by Boko Haram would vote in this insincere and callous government.

Hope the Nigerian army will not be ungrateful to forces from other countries ?? It is absolutely unnecessary who gains the upper hand over the insurgents as long as they wipe them out. The NA should wait for another opportunity to build their reputation which has obviously being rubbished in recent past.

The Boston Marathon bombers were caught the third day. The older brother losing his life that day.
Isn't that significant about a government ready to battle any attack on her citizens?

MEDIA FALSEHOOD/CONSPIRACY.
However, while these support and show of love are being savored, the attitude and activities of segments of the society who are still hell bent on undermining the morale of our fighting force by deliberately playing down the operational successes so far achieved remains very unfortunate indeed. In a bid to spitefully drown the efforts of our troops, this group of people have been mischievously and exaggeratingly reporting the supportive roles of "foreign allies"(MNJTF) to the detriment of our operational success in the fight against terror. They go to every extent to ridicule, taunt or project every falsehood, purely to score some points in the clandestine sympathy for the terrorists. This unpatriotic posture is directly or indirectly undermining the esteemed status of Nigeria in the comity of nations.
The need has therefore arisen for a call on the media to beware of the mischief and conspiracy by some theorists who are still bent on orchestrating a well-rehearsed smear campaign against the Nigerian military. They have been struggling to attribute the recent defeats inflicted on the terrorists to the invincibility of other forces or military outfits other than Nigeria’s.
The antics of some foreign media and their local collaborators who will stop at nothing to bring the Nigerian military to disrepute is no longer new or unusual. The Nigerian military will not be distracted or detracted from the current momentum which is geared towards stamping out terrorism not only in Nigeria but in the entire sub-region.

we blacks have to start "counter-propaganda" for our ARMY...

WE HAIL YOU DARK-WARRIORS...

At times like this, I always wonder if Nigeria will ever make it as one indivisible entity. Why are we always pulling in different directions? The attitude of APC in consonance with some of the Yoruba owned media houses like Punch & Nation leaves much to be desired. Just because of their ambition to see Buhari in Aso rock, they threw caution & professionalism to the marines by ridiculing not just GEJ but the office of the president, the military & the Nigerian state. Aftermath of the September 11 terror attacks by al Qaeda on USA saw the rallying around of all Americans irrespective of race, creed or party affiliation to support George Bush. Why is that of Nigeria different? Why do APC see the defeat of boko haram as against their interest? What do they gain by ridiculing the office of the president, the Nigerian army & by extension the Nigerian state? It is preposterous, outlandish, unreasonable, illogical & height of stupidity for anyone to imagine that Chad could tinker with the possibility of holding back any part of Nigeria after we must routed the terrorists. The apparent positive results from the ongoing onslaught against boko haram is due to the fact that those boko haram terrorists have no were to retreat to due to the lockdown of our borders with Cameroun, Chad & Niger unlike before when they had free reign to cross borders at will & hide when any country gives them heat, now its either they fight, surrender or die, there is no retreat! Maybe having a very free press is not too good, probably going the Egyptian way might be better for us considering the damage Punch, Nation & other unprofessional national dailies are doing to us. We understand AFP's propaganda of trying to rubbish our military while trumpeting Chad's army. The world powers, especially France & USA does not want a strong Nigeria that could possibly challenge them on African issues, so the weaker Nigeria is, the better for them. GEJ would one day leave Aso rock whether in 2015 or 2019 but our actions would determine whether Nigeria will survive or not!
