It's like asking how to be free from a chain shackles or handcuffs. There are many ways, like you can use the keys, or use heat, or a saw. It's not one way. However since you came to the religion session, you can use Jesus. That is get born again, pray, have faith and let the Word of God dwell in you richly. recent studies have revealed that masturbation is very healthy and that there is no such thing as "over-masturbation", it only becomes a problem when it interferes with you're daily routines and that even of itself is self-meditation against a burden.....so the question i'd ask you is this...do you have problems interacting in a social setting that makes you go off and masturbate them away?
